About MAHENDER REDDY K accomplished his Post Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (PDRAC) from Govt. In stitute of Post Diploma Courses in Engineering and Technologies (GIPDCET) Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad, AP.

Reddy's career started with Blue Star Ltd in 1999 as Trainee engineer and matured to handle the position of Sr. MANAGER-Construction in Air Conditioning Projects Division (ACPD) when he left the organization. During his tenure of growth with Blue Star, Reddy handled various capacities in the field of Sales, Engineering, and Projects.

Client Relationship Management

  • Building trust and relationship with customers / retailers and company by clearing any doubts/confusions and providing solutions to any issue within reasonable time frame.
  • Ensuring speedy resolution of queries & grievances, educating customers on usage of products to maximize client satisfaction levels.
  • Maintaining excellent relations with clients, Organizing and coordinating all phases of subcontract works and ensuring construction in accordance with contract documents including drawings and safety specifications and quality.
  • Supervising construction activities within stringent time and cost constraints and effective resource management with participation in project review meetings and evaluation of project progress.
  • Handled prestigious air conditioning projects for Infosys, Synergy, Embassy Group. Apart from the above he also handled prestigious customers like Wipro, IBM, CTS, TARGET, FIDELITY, NSN, SPI, GARUDA MALL, PEPSI, JUBILANT LIFE SCIENCES, Daimler Chrysler, PSI Data systems, TATA Lucent Technologies, HSBC, RMZ, ANZ, ITC INFOTECH, HP, COLUMBIA ASIA HOSPITAL, KPCL-RTPS, MRPL, TOYO ETC…

Employee/Subordinate/Colleague Management

  • Directing distribution and channel planning and development activity and coordinating sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotes, and goals.
  • Ensuring the availability of required manpower at distributor points as per plan and monitor their conduct/ behavior.
  • Conceptualizing & executing strategies to facilitate appointment of Employees / Service associates as well as optimize service delivery & profitability at dealers' end.
  • Conducting training programs to enhance knowledge & skills of channel staff.

Social life

Reddy is life time member of ISHRAE and service as ISHRAE Committee member for a year and also takes active part in all ISHRAE activities. Reddy is also takes active participation in social activities and he is part of couple of charity organizations where he strives to help poor children for good education.
